Serbians protest Kosovo independence: Anarchy Reigns
When people take to the streets, the result takes several forms, from protest to anarchy. In my mind, what we are seeing in Kosovo is government-sponsored anarchy, where an absence of governmental authority exists and political disorder and confusion rule.
The fuel for the fire was the announcement of Kosovo independence from Serbia and the follow-up of announced support for that independence by the United States and several other Western nations. With the approval of the Serbian government, Serbs have taken to the streets chanting "Kosovo is Serbia!" Today is the sixth day of protests (Saturday, February 22).
U.N. police in riot gear are attempting to keep separate Serbs and ethnic Albanian, as Serbian protesters wave Serbian and Russian flags. (Russia is opposed to independence for Kosovo.) Serbs represent about 10 percent of the region's 2 million people.

My presidency will be al Qaeda's worst nightmare.”
